2 Organisation of the document

This document has eight clauses. Clauses 1 and 2 provide a general introduction and the scope of this part of the MWN standard. Clauses 3 to 5 give a set of normative references as well as terms, definitions and the nomenclature that are used in this part of the MWN standard.

Clauses 6 to 8 define the various Profiles and the fundamental rules that underpin how such Profile messages should be constructed and used in accordance with this part of the MWN standard.
