7.2 For musical works

The following common rules shall apply to all composites describing musical works in all Profiles defined in this part of the MWN standard:

  1. Any musical work shall be identified by a ProprietaryId, and by an ISWC if available. Other identifiers may be provided in addition.

  1. A Title shall be communicated. If multiple Titles are communicated, the nature of each such title should be described using the TitleType or LanguageAndScriptCode attribute, so that the recipient is able to determine the nature of the difference(s) between the multiple Title(s).
